- Sage & Stone use DPD courier post
for our All-Ireland delivery and the charge is €6 per delivery up to a 28kg limit.
Normal delivery times 1-3 working days.
- UK courier deliveries are €23.00 for
the first 15kg. Any larger parcels are subject to weight restrictions so please
email us to check for rates.
- European (Zone 1) Deliveries (up to a
5kg limit) attract a charge of 24€.
- Deliveries are normally made within 5
working days from receipt of order.
- Please nominate a contact telephone
number with your order as the courier company will make all efforts to contact
you in the event of you not being home
- You will be advised by email of any
delay on your order, or if any item is no longer available.
- All products are offered subject to
availability and may be withdrawn if all stock is sold or if we are unable to
source more stock.
- If your order cannot be fulfilled you
will be given a full refund.
- If we are unable to supply a product,
alternative goods will not be substituted without your permission.
The price charged to the customer will
be that as listed on the website at the time of purchase. We are entitled
to adjust the price of products on the website pending on special
promotional offers or pending new taxes or duties.
PRIVACY & DATA USE:
Sage & Stone’s privacy policy is that we do not hold any personal data
nor do we share data with third parties. All Payments are processed by PayPal,
therefore Sage & Stone does not store financial details.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we
will give you a full refund provided that you return them to us within 14
days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original
packaging, unused.
Sage & Stone reserve the right to refuse a refund for items
returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
If an incorrect item has been sent to you, damaged or of unsatisfactory
quality, please let us know and we will arrange for it to be collected. We will
only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us.
Following receipt by Sage & Stone, it may take up to five working
days to credit the purchaser’s account.
